Mariners First Pitch Contest |
|
June 4 , 2011 — Athlete will compete at Silverwood Theme Park by throwing pitches through the strike zone as if they were at Safeco Field with the Mariners.
The Winning pitcher will receive round trip airfare for 2 to Seattle, one night accommodations for 2 at the 5th Avenue Red Lion, $100 in spending money and best of all they will throw out the first pitch at Safeco Field June 17th after which they will have 2 seats in the commissioners box to watch the Mariners vs. Phillies game. After the game the winner will also receive a commemorative picture of their pitch at Safeco Field. Both the pitcher and their coach chaperone will each receive 4 complimentary general admission tickets to play another day at Silverwood too. Other prizes for 2nd and 3rd place.
