Rules and Regulations:

  1. Prize: One winner (each month) of age 18 or older will receive 4 Silverwood General Admission tickets for the 2008 season.
  2. Drawing: A drawing will be held on the first business day of each month. The prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received the previous month.
  3. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the U.S. and Canada only. Employees of Silverwood, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to win. No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of the prize to a third party is permitted and noncash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value. Limit one prize per name, address and/or household. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient.
  4. Winner notification/releases: All winners will be notified by mail. All winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release Silverwood Inc. from any and all liability for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the receipt or use of the prize.
