Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: Click on the Check Availability or Make an RV Park Reservation link. Then fill in your information to continue your reservation.
The map is interactive. You can click on a site and see its attributes (size, hookups, restrictions, amount of sun/shade, etc.). You can even add sites to your preference list.
When you've made all your selections, you will then use your credit card to put a deposit on each reservation. Every successful reservation results in a Webpage confirmation message with a thank you from us, details about your reservations, and a list of the RV Park rules. This same information will be simultaneously sent to your email address.
Q: Why do I have to have an account?
A: In order to reserve sites in your name, and charge your credit card for the deposit, we have to know who you are. We keep all your information confidential and do not share anything with third parties.
Q: How do I delete a reservation?
A: Log in to “Your Account” page. From here you may delete a single day or your entire stay. Once you have deleted all the days associated to your reservation, we will issue a refund for your deposit as long as it meets our cancellation requirements. Please note, this refund can take 3 to 5 business days to show up on your card account.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: If cancelled 48 hours prior to the first day of your stay, you will be refunded your full deposit. If it is within the 48 hours, you may cancel your reservation but you forfeit your deposit.
Q: How long are un-guaranteed reservations held?
A: Reservations you initiated, but have not yet guaranteed with a credit card deposit, will be held for 1 hour, after which the un-guaranteed sites will be put back into inventory for other guests to reserve. You should have a valid credit card in hand when you begin the reservation process.
Q: When is the RV Park open?
A: May Hours: Saturday & Sunday 9am - 5pm
June - August Hours: 8am to 1 hour past Silverwood Theme Park close
September Hours: Saturday & Sunday 9am - 5pm

Q: Is Internet Wi-Fi available?
A: Yes, Wi-Fi is available to our guests.
Q: Is there an "Overflow" area?
A: Yes, however we only place guests in our overflow once the RV Park has sold out. This is a first-come, first-serve area and you must check in with the office for availability. We do not reserve the overflow ahead of time.
Q: What about pets?
A: We allow pets, provided they are on-leash at all times. We also require that you clean up after your pets.
Q: Is there a Waiting List?
A: No, at the present time there is not. Our Reservation system is updated in real time, so keep checking back to see if your preferred stay becomes available.
Q: When is Check-In and Check-Out?
A: Check in time is 1pm on the day of your scheduled reservation.
Check out time is 10am on the scheduled day of your departure.
If you are unable to make it the first night of your stay, please be sure to call the office to let us know so we don’t cancel your reservation.

Q: Do you allow open fires?
A: Each site will come with a fire ring for making small fires. We do have to follow all burn bans, if one should be placed. You may buy firewood at our front store. Camp fires will be monitored by our camp hosts. It is your responsibility to make sure fires are put out each night.
Q: Are you open during Scarywood?
A: Yes, we have a number of limited sites available during Scarywood Haunted Nights. You may make reservations online in September for those nights. If the temperature drops below freezing, the water and sewer will need to be shut off. This includes the bathrooms. Please plan your trip accordingly.
